Return and Refund Policy

RETURN, REFUND, CANCELLATION & SHIPPING CHARGES POLICY

Everyday Herbal Beauty Care Private Limited (“All Day Store”, “We”, “Us” or “Our”) facilitates the processing and fulfilment of correct products as per orders received through its website and mobile application (collectively, the “Platforms”), subject to applicable prescriptions, statutory requirements, and operational controls. We strive to ensure that products are delivered in proper condition, without damage, and in compliance with applicable pharmaceutical and consumer protection laws.

Customers are strongly advised to inspect Products at the time of delivery and immediately report any discrepancies.

This Return, Refund, Cancellation & Shipping Charges Policy (“Policy”) shall be read in conjunction with the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy available on the Platforms and forms an integral part thereof.

 

1. RETURN AND REPLACEMENT POLICY

For the purposes of this Policy, “Return” means an action of giving back a Product ordered through the Platforms by the customer, subject to the conditions set out below.

1.1 Permissible Grounds for Return

Returns shall be accepted only in the following limited circumstances:

(i) Product(s) delivered do not match the order placed;

(ii) Product(s) delivered are past expiry or near expiry (medicines with an expiry of less than three (3) months shall be considered “near expiry”);

(iii) Product(s) delivered are damaged in transit, including tampered or broken seals.

Important:

Customers are advised not to accept delivery of any Product with visibly damaged or tampered packaging. If damage is discovered after delivery, the Product may be eligible for return or refund subject to submission of reasonable evidence and verification.

Replacement is subject to availability of the Product. Where replacement is not feasible, a refund shall be processed in accordance with this Policy.

 

2. RETURN WINDOW

Return requests must be raised within seven (7) days from the date of delivery of the Product. Requests received after the expiry of this window shall not be entertained, and All Day Store reserves the right to reject such requests without further obligation.

 

3. VERIFICATION, INSPECTION & EVIDENCE REQUIREMENTS

Upon receipt of a return or refund request:

  • All Day Store shall verify the authenticity and nature of the claim;
  • Customers may be required to submit photographs, videos, batch details, invoices, or other supporting evidence;
  • All Day Store reserves the right to subject returned Products to physical inspection, batch verification, tamper assessment, and quality checks, either internally or through licensed pharmacists, manufacturers, or authorised third-party entities.

Refunds shall be initiated only after successful completion of verification. Timelines shall stand extended where additional inspection or regulatory checks are required.

In cases of frivolous, abusive, or unjustified complaints, All Day Store reserves the right to reject the request and pursue appropriate legal remedies. All costs incurred in such cases shall be borne solely by the customer.

 

4. CONDITIONS FOR ACCEPTING RETURNS

Returns are subject to strict compliance with the following conditions:

  • Returns due to change of mind, incorrect selection, or incorrect ordering by the customer shall not be accepted;
  • The batch number of the Product must match the invoice;
  • Returns due to change in prescription or medical advice shall not be accepted;
  • Products must be in original manufacturer packaging with original labels, barcodes, and invoice;
  • Partially consumed Products or opened strips are non-returnable;
  • All accessories, manuals, warranty cards, and ancillary items must be returned intact.

 

5. NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS

The following categories are non-returnable, except where delivery errors or damage attributable to All Day Store are conclusively established:

  • Opened or partially used medicines;
  • Products marked as non-returnable on the product listing page;
  • Products requiring cold-chain or temperature-controlled storage, including but not limited to insulin, biologics, vaccines, and specialty medicines;
  • Products restricted by applicable law from being returned.

 

6. REGULATORY & PUBLIC HEALTH OVERRIDE

Notwithstanding anything contained in this Policy, All Day Store reserves the right to refuse, restrict, delay, or cancel returns, replacements, or refunds where required to comply with:

  • Applicable pharmaceutical laws;
  • Regulatory advisories, recalls, or safety alerts;
  • Public health directives issued by competent authorities.

Such decisions shall be final and shall not be construed as deficiency of service.

 

7. RETURN PROCESS

Process flow:

  • Request verification within 72 (seventy-two) business hours;
  • Reverse pickup initiation where applicable;
  • Refund processing within seven (7) days from reverse pickup or verification, as applicable.

 

8. REFUND PROCESS

Where a return or cancellation is approved:

  • Refunds shall be processed on the discounted transaction value, where coupons or promotions were applied;
  • Wallet payments shall be refunded to the wallet or original source;
  • COD orders shall be refunded via bank transfer;
  • Refund timelines are indicative and subject to third-party gateways, banking timelines, regulatory checks, and verification outcomes.

Delays attributable to third parties or regulatory requirements shall not constitute deficiency of service.

 

9. SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping charges are calculated based on order value and location and are displayed at checkout.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, except where mandated by applicable law.

 

10. CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders may be cancelled only prior to shipment. Once shipped, cancellations shall not be permitted except as expressly allowed under this Policy.

All Day Store reserves the right to cancel orders at its sole discretion for reasons including:

  • Stock unavailability;
  • Pricing or listing errors;
  • Suspected fraud or abuse;
  • Bulk or resale-oriented purchases;
  • Invalid or incomplete delivery details;
  • Prescription non-compliance;
  • Operational or regulatory constraints.

Refunds for cancelled orders shall be processed as per this Policy. Customers agree not to dispute cancellations made in compliance with this Policy.

 

11. ABUSE PREVENTION & PATTERN MONITORING

All Day Store actively monitors return, refund, and cancellation patterns to detect misuse, abuse, or fraudulent behaviour. Repeated or suspicious activity may result in:

  • Restriction of return privileges;
  • Account suspension or termination;
  • Order cancellations without prior notice.

 

12. FORCE MAJEURE

All Day Store shall not be liable for delays or failures arising from force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, governmental orders, logistical disruptions, cyber incidents, regulatory changes, or events beyond reasonable control.

Timelines may be extended during such events without liability.

 

13. MEDICAL EMERGENCY DISCLAIMER

The Platforms are not intended for emergency or urgent medical use. Customers are advised not to rely on the Platforms for life-saving or immediate medical needs. All Day Store shall not be liable for delays or non-delivery in such situations.

 

14. DATA PROTECTION

Any documents, images, or videos shared for return or refund verification shall be processed strictly in accordance with applicable data protection laws and retained only for compliance, audit, and dispute resolution purposes.

 

15. FINALITY OF DECISION

Decisions taken by All Day Store in accordance with this Policy shall be final and binding, subject only to statutory remedies available under applicable law.

 

16. SAVING CLAUSE

Nothing in this Policy shall exclude or limit any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
